We have full plots and half plots. There is currently a waiting list for all plots. As of 2022 the plot rents are £20 for a half plot and £40 for a full plot. If you are of the state pension age and have a full plot, you will have a reduced rent of £20.
There are refundable deposits for a gate key and a clean up deposit. The clean up deposit will be refunded if you give your plot up and the site manager Agrees that it is in a well cultivated state.
